General Event Rules

  • The Overall Championship will be determined based on the total points earned from all events and participation count.
  • Participants must carry their valid College ID card; it is mandatory for entry.
  • Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • Any kind of misconduct or misbehavior will result in immediate disqualification of the participant/team.
  • Event-specific instructions will be provided by the Event Coordinator before the commencement of the event.
  • The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
  • The institution will not be responsible for the loss of any personal valuables.
  • An individual participant cannot register for multiple events simultaneously.
